It means you have 10 fucking percent less money. 2% doesn’t sound like a lot but that’s sales tax at say a gas station being 8% with a minimum of 2% increase, if there was a 12+% increase which it would likely be to be able to pay for a country full of baby boomers who hypocritically drank and drugged themselves to poor health in age due to damage done to their DNA and mitochondria by shitty uncontrolled drug synthesis prior to MDMA becoming illegal in 1985.
